Refund Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

This legal document is provided in English. The English version is the controlling version.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to Project Packs and subscriptions for Drompl. Drompl is operated by Denis Dubrovin, Portuguese tax identification number (NIF) 319929574, Campo Grande 336, 3E, 1700-097 Lisbon, Portugal. Product and technical questions may be sent to contact@drompl.com.

2. Paddle handles payments and returns

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for Drompl orders and handles payment-related customer service, cancellations, and returns. To request a refund, use the manage-purchase link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle Buyer Support.

Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law, this policy, and Paddle's Refund Policy.

3. Statutory withdrawal rights

Consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and other applicable jurisdictions may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts, commonly within 14 days. The scope and exceptions depend on the consumer's location, the type of purchase, when performance begins, and any express request, consent, or acknowledgement collected at checkout.

Starting or using a digital service, including consuming render credits, does not by itself waive a statutory right where applicable law requires additional express consent or acknowledgement. Nothing in this policy restricts mandatory consumer rights.

4. Project Packs

Outside mandatory rights and any refund approved by Paddle, one-time Project Pack purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery. If a Project Pack is refunded or charged back, associated unused render credits may be removed. Prior use of credits may be considered when Paddle evaluates eligibility, subject to applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents its next renewal but does not automatically refund the current monthly or annual term. Access and scheduled monthly allocations normally continue until the end of the paid term unless Paddle approves a refund or the subscription is otherwise terminated.

Refund rights for an initial subscription payment, a renewal, or an annual renewal differ by jurisdiction. Paddle will apply its current policy and mandatory law to the request.

6. Defective or unavailable service

If Drompl fails to provide purchased rendering capacity, produces a reproducible technical failure, or is materially unavailable, contact contact@drompl.com with the account email, approximate time, template, and export details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore render credits, correct the service, or help Paddle assess a refund. Statutory remedies for defective digital services remain unaffected.

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Processing time and currency conversion effects depend on Paddle, the payment method, and the financial institution. Drompl cannot issue cash or transfer render credits between accounts.
