1. Operator and acceptance
Drompl is operated by Denis Dubrovin, Portuguese tax identification number (NIF) 319929574, Campo Grande 336, 3E, 1700-097 Lisbon, Portugal ("Drompl", "we", "us"). You can contact Drompl at contact@drompl.com.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Drompl (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service and Free mode
Drompl is a browser-based software service that composites user-provided images into mockup scenes and produces cloud-rendered exports. Free mode lets users explore the editor and available previews but does not include export rights. Attempting to export from Free mode may display an offer to purchase a plan or Project Pack.
3. Render credits
Render credits measure prepaid access to Drompl's own cloud-rendering capacity. They are not money or a cash balance, have no fixed cash value, and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, redeemed, resold, gifted, or used to purchase third-party goods or services. Drompl is not a marketplace, wallet, gift-card, or voucher service.
- Project Pack S includes 16 separately purchased render credits.
- Project Pack L includes 32 separately purchased render credits.
- Project Pack XL includes 64 separately purchased render credits.
- Pro includes an allocation of 64 subscription render credits for each monthly allocation period.
- Studio includes an allocation of 128 subscription render credits for each monthly allocation period.
Separately purchased Project Pack credits do not expire while the account remains active, except where they are removed following a refund, chargeback, account deletion, or termination under these Terms. A subscriber may also purchase Project Packs.
Unused subscription render credits expire when the next monthly allocation is issued and do not roll over. Annual subscriptions are billed annually but receive their render-credit allocation monthly. Subscription render credits are used before separately purchased Project Pack credits.
4. Rendering costs
- A 2K render or export consumes 1 render credit.
- A presentation render or export consumes 2 render credits.
- A 4K render or export consumes 4 render credits.
Other operations may consume different amounts based on resolution, format, and computational cost. Drompl will show the applicable render-credit cost before you confirm an export. Availability of a resolution or operation may depend on the selected template and the current release stage.
5. Billing, Paddle, and renewal
The total price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, and renewal terms shown in Paddle Checkout immediately before purchase form part of your order.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not by itself refund the current paid period. Unless a purchase is refunded or access is terminated under these Terms, subscription access continues through the paid term, including monthly allocations under an annual subscription.
For payment, invoice, subscription-management, cancellation, or refund assistance, use the link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle Buyer Support. For product and technical support, contact contact@drompl.com.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable policies, and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. License to use exported files
Upon export, Drompl grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the resulting mockup image (the "Output") for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including portfolios, marketing materials, client presentations, websites, social media, advertisements, and publications. No attribution is required.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, package, or make the Output available as a standalone or editable design asset, including a PSD file, Figma file, Canva template, mockup template, mockup pack, stock asset, asset library, or online mockup generator. You may not create a product in which the Drompl mockup, scene, object, shadow, composition, or template itself is the main value.
Resale, redistribution, template-production, SaaS, API, and mockup-generator use require a separate written license from Drompl. Such licenses are not available during beta unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. Your content and our limited license
You retain ownership of images and files you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Drompl a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, composite, and render Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
Drompl does not sell Your Content or use it for advertising or to train machine-learning models. Service providers acting under Drompl's instructions may process it only as necessary to operate the Service. Uploaded files may be automatically deleted after an idle-retention period, when deleted by the user, or earlier where needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or beta operations. Temporary previews, exports, and processing files may be deleted sooner. We may access Your Content only as necessary to diagnose a technical issue you report, protect the Service, or comply with law.
9. Acceptable use
You must have the rights needed to upload and use Your Content. You must not use Drompl for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or security-disrupting activity. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Drompl, Paddle, or third parties, or to comply with law.
10. Beta and service changes
Drompl may make features available as beta or early access. During beta, resolutions, templates, pricing, licensing options, and export formats may be limited, incomplete, or changed. Existing beta grants are promotional access rather than purchased Project Pack or subscription credits and may be governed by the applicable beta notice.
Beta access is provided for evaluation and testing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, beta features and beta accounts are provided without service-level commitments, uptime commitments, support-response commitments, continuity commitments, or any guarantee that a feature, template, project, upload, preview, export setting, render result, saved variant, credit grant, or file will remain available.
Drompl is not a storage, backup, archive, proofing, pre-press, color-certification, legal-review, or quality-control service. You are responsible for keeping original copies and backups of all files you upload and for downloading and preserving any Output you need. During beta, uploaded files, project data, previews, generated files, saved variants, render jobs, and related metadata may be deleted, lost, corrupted, overwritten, reset, delayed, rendered unavailable, or become incompatible with later versions of the Service.
Mockup previews and exports may contain mistakes or artefacts, including color shifts, transparency issues, crop, scale, spine, shadow, lighting, reflection, texture, layout, text, file-format, resolution, compression, or template defects. You must review each Output carefully before using it for client work, publication, advertising, production, printing, approval, or commercial delivery. Use of any Output is at your own risk, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
We may improve, modify, retire, remove, or replace templates, including their lighting, shadows, framing, camera angle, object placement, available resolutions, export behavior, and cost. We may also change, suspend, revoke, expire, or reset beta access, beta features, beta credits, beta pricing previews, beta limits, and beta accounts where reasonably necessary for testing, security, abuse prevention, operational reasons, product changes, or legal reasons. Files already exported remain licensed under Section 7, provided your use complies with these Terms.
11. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drompl disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, complete, compatible, persistent, or error-free operation. This does not exclude statutory guarantees or remedies that apply to consumers.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drompl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, data, files, content, projects, business, production time, client work, contracts, or expected savings arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service, beta features, previews, templates, uploads, exports, or Outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drompl's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid directly for the affected Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. For unpaid beta access, promotional credits, free access, or evaluation access, no service fees are paid to Drompl for that access and no cash refund is available for that access, except where a different remedy is required by mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer remedies, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct.
13. Account termination
You may stop using Drompl and request account deletion through the available account controls. Deleting an account permanently ends access to associated unused render credits. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, legal requirement, or risk to the Service.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. Material changes apply prospectively and will be identified by the updated date on this page. Questions about Drompl or these Terms may be sent to contact@drompl.com.
